  • What is included in the price?

    Everything. One all-inclusive price covers the government fee charged by the destination authority, our specialist review with secure handling and 24/7 support, and any applicable taxes. There is nothing extra at checkout and no surprise consolidated invoices. The government portion is itemised on your official receipt.

  • How does the tier change the price?

    Standard is the base price. Priority adds 30% to the base price, Urgent adds 60%. The faster tier only changes how quickly a specialist reviews and submits your file; the government portion included in the price is unchanged. You can verify the totals in the per-country comparison table above.

  • When am I charged?

    Creating a draft is free and it is stored for 30 days at no cost; no card is captured while you fill it in. You authorise the charge yourself at checkout, before specialist review begins, and you see the one all-inclusive price first.

  • Do you charge for failed submissions?

    If our specialist catches an issue before submission, we email you to fix it, no extra charge. You are only billed once for the application; specialist re-reviews after document re-upload are included.
