Conformance status
VisitPass is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA (our enforced baseline) and works toward WCAG 2.2 Level AAA as a stretch goal. This statement applies to https://visitpass-online.com and all subpaths.
Known non-accessible content
Despite our best efforts, the following items do not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AAA. They remain conformant with the AA baseline. We are tracking each for resolution in the sprints listed at docs/runbooks/wcag-aaa-focus-audit.md.
- Admin sidebar focus ring contrast measured at 2.7:1 against the active-route background, below the AAA 3:1 target. Deferred to Sprint 153.
- Maintenance banner can clip the focus indicator on the first interactive element below it at viewport widths under 640px. Deferred to Sprint 153.
- Card-number input focus ring contrast on the payment checkout does not reach AAA when the field is in the error state. Pending re-assessment on the live payment surface.
How this statement was prepared
This statement was self-prepared by the VisitPass engineering team on 2026-05-26 using an automated WCAG colour-contrast audit (scripts/audit-color-contrast.ts), a manual Tab-only keyboard navigation audit across eight critical paths (documented in docs/runbooks/wcag-aaa-focus-audit.md), and a manual review of every focus indicator. Last reviewed: 2026-05-26.
